Service

Groove will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and songs on SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, Tidal, and Audiomack. Groove does not guarantee interaction with your future uploads — we guarantee you the services you pay for and the interaction delivered during the process. All future uploads will be ignored.

You will not upload anything into Groove including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the community.

PayPal and Card Payments

You agree that upon purchasing our services, you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing, and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or card payments on Stripe and Payhere. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we reserve the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and plays, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address.

Registration

You agree, by registering or accepting this agreement, that you are at least 13 years of age.

Copyright

You will in no way copy any programming, text, or images used on the Groove website without the written consent of a Groove representative.

Liabilities

Groove is in no way liable for any account suspension or song deletion carried out by the platforms.

Groove will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Groove makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide. Since Groove uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.

The changes made will become effective on the date they are posted. No further notice by Groove is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
